looking like the coolest spot on the block!
The longer you put off exterior house washing, roof washing, and concrete power washing, the more damage your property suffers! Florida's hot sun and abrasive sand and silt wear away at exterior surfaces, leading to premature damage and costly repairs.
We tackle your driveway with a high-pressure washer to blast away dirt, mud, grease, and whatever else is messing up your pavement. If there’s any built-up oil or stubborn grease, we throw in a degreaser to make sure it’s spotless.
Driveway pressure cleaning can be a bit tricky, depending on what it's made of. Whether it’s concrete, pavers, brick, or even asphalt, we’ve got the skills to clean it right. And yeah, we usually tackle the sidewalk too while we’re at it.
Even though some HOAs handle sidewalk power washing once a year, a lot of homeowners like to keep things fresh in between, making sure their place stays looking top-tier.

Pressure washing removes any dirt and debris from a surface, making it more eye-pleasing. We’re sure you’ll appreciate this visual change, as will anyone else who visits the property. Moreover, debris-free surfaces last longer, so consider pressure washing as a way you can preserve your property for years to come.
Of course, we pressure wash houses for our local homeowners, as well as real estate agents, property managers, and HOAs.
Most, but not all, surfaces can withstand the pressure washing process. Softer materials—especially vinyl and plastic—should never be pressure washed. Don’t worry, though, as we can “soft wash” these materials instead. Soft washing is simply pressure washing with lower pressure water.
The length of a pressure washing service depends on the total area you need us to clean. We can provide a few rough estimates for you—for example, a typical house wash takes two to three hours, and a typical driveway wash takes one to two hours. Expect the total time spent to go up or down according to how much more area you need us to clean.
No, you are not required to be present during your appointment. We will ask, however, that you at least appear at the beginning of your service. This allows us to discuss your upfront quote with you and address any initial concerns. After this, feel free to take off and do what you’d like in the meantime!
